1. Overview

Welcome to Allecta, a product of Vasco Tech Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," "our").

By accessing or using Allecta, you ("User," "Customer," "You") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ to use Allecta.
• If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

3. Service Description

Allecta is an AI reasoning and orchestration platform that integrates multiple third-party large language models ("Thinkers").

Outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate.

4. Account & Access

• You must keep your credentials secure.
• You may not resell or share access without permission.
• We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, orchestration logic, and design belong to Vasco Tech Pvt Ltd.

You retain rights to your inputs and outputs, subject to provider-specific rules from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, etc.

We may use anonymized data to improve system performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

6. Use of AI Outputs

You agree to:

• Verify outputs before relying on them
• Not use Allecta for harmful, illegal, or regulated scenarios
• Not use it to build competing orchestration systems
• Not misuse it (spam, scraping, malware, misinformation)

7. Prohibited Activities

Includes but not limited to:

• Reverse engineering
• Circumventing usage limits
• Automated scraping
• Illegal, hateful, violent, or explicit content
• Exploiting model vulnerabilities

8. Billing & Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• Refunds are not guaranteed.
• Usage-based billing applies to custom tiers.
• Taxes may apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability is capped at the past 3 months of fees paid.

Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We comply with GDPR/CCPA and minimize data collection.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate rules, pose security risks, or misuse the platform.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Indian law applies.

Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India.
